Community Guidelines

1. Be who you say you are

One account per person, one profile per role. Display your real name, real photograph and accurate career history. Impersonating another player, club or scout is grounds for permanent removal.

2. Honest information only

Stats, level, contract status, club affiliation, certifications, all must be truthful. We may ask for documentation to verify claims. Falsified credentials lead to account suspension.

3. Treat people decently

• No harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination on any protected ground.
• No sexual content, nudity, or unwanted advances.
• No content depicting violence, self-harm or illegal activity.
• No targeting of minors. Conectico is for adults; account holders must be at least 16.

4. No fraud, no spam

• No upfront-fee scams ("pay to be considered", fake trials, sham operators).
• No promotion of unrelated products, gambling, crypto, or pyramid schemes.
• No bulk-messaging of identical content. Reach out personally.
• No bypassing Conectico to extract payments off-platform without the club's and player's consent.

5. Respect copyright

Only upload media you own or have permission to use. Match footage rights, club logos and player photos must be cleared. Apparent infringement is removed per our DMCA process.

6. Media and press accounts

Media profiles publish into the same feed everyone reads, so every rule above applies to them, plus these.

• Publish football. A media account is for news, reporting and analysis about the game and the people in it, not for advertising.
• Never promote betting. Bookmakers, casinos, lotteries and any gambling offer are banned everywhere: posts, bio, links and imported channel content. There are no exceptions and no paid placements.
• Publish only what you have the right to publish. Connecting a Telegram channel confirms the channel is yours and that its content may be republished here; credit anything you did not produce yourself.
• One outlet, one account. Do not present another channel, site or brand as your own.
• The badge means exactly what it says: you proved you own the channel or site and confirmed your email. It is not an endorsement, and it is withdrawn when you change the channel.
• Label what is unconfirmed. Transfer rumours, trial invitations and club statements you have not verified must be marked as unverified.

7. Reporting

Long-press any message, profile or post to open the report sheet. Choose the reason and add context. Our Trust & Safety team reviews reports within 48 hours. Critical incidents (impersonation, threats, minor safety) are prioritised.

8. Enforcement

Depending on severity we may issue a warning, remove content, restrict messaging, suspend the account or permanently ban it. Bans are final but can be appealed once at appeals@conectico.io.

Enforcement covers everything the account published: the profile leaves search and the feed, its posts and comments are removed, and any connected channel import is stopped. You are always told the reason and pointed back to these rules. If an account is restored its posts come back — deleted comments do not.
