Admission to football schools and academies in Aktau in 2026

There is no single admission date for football schools in Aktau: each school enrolls children on its own schedule. State youth sports schools, which make up the majority in the city, usually form groups before the school year and top them up during the season. Private clubs and the futsal academy accept children all year round while places are available. So you can sign up in almost any month, the main thing is to understand which type of school you need.

A short plan: decide whether you need football for health and interest or with an eye on sporting results, choose two or three sections closer to home, sign up for a trial session and make a decision based on your child's impression.

From what age children are accepted

The admission age is different for each school, it is not indicated in the catalog. Private clubs and the futsal academy usually open groups for the youngest, youth sports schools enroll by training groups and are aimed at children who can already be given a regular workload. Before visiting, ask whether there is a group for your child's age and when the next enrollment into it is.

How to sign up a child: steps

Choose a microdistrict so that the trip to training takes no more than 20-30 minutes. Open the school's page in the catalog, contact it using the listed contacts and arrange a trial session. For the first session, take a kit, footwear for the surface (sneakers for the hall, turf shoes or cleats for the pitch) and water. For enrollment in a youth sports school, a birth certificate and a medical certificate are usually needed, private schools ask for the same when setting up a subscription. The exact list of documents differs from school to school.

Is selection needed

For children's groups of private clubs, selection is usually not carried out, a trial session is enough. In youth sports schools, the coach more often looks at coordination, speed and how the child dribbles the ball, especially when enrolling in older groups and in the squad that travels to regional competitions. How to choose between a youth sports school and a private club and what to look at during the first training session is covered in the article Football schools in Aktau 2026: where to send your child.
