Admission to football academies in Kostanay 2026: when tryouts are held and how to enroll your child
Admission to football schools in Kostanay is not tied to a single date: each school runs its own enrollment. Private schools and children's football academies fill their groups all year round, while the city youth sports school for football more often recruits before the season. So there is no need to wait for September: you can enroll your child in any month if the school has a place in the group for their age.
A short plan: decide whether you want football for health and company or with an eye on competitive sport, choose two or three schools nearby, go to a trial session and make your decision based on your child's impression, not on the school's advertising.

From what age children are accepted
The admission age is different at each school. Children's football academies and private schools usually open groups for preschoolers and focus on interest in the ball and coordination, while the youth sports school recruits school-age children and prepares them for competitions. Before your first visit, check whether there is a group for your child's age and how many children are in it.
How to enroll your child: steps
Choose a district: two schools operate at Shipina Street, 217a, two more at Gasheka Street, 9/3, and FS Orion has four branches in different parts of the city. Open the school's page in the catalog, contact it and arrange a trial session. For the first training session you need kit, footwear suited to the surface of the pitch and water. For enrollment they usually ask for a birth certificate and a medical certificate, the exact list depends on the school.
Is selection required
In the younger groups of private schools and academies, selection is usually not carried out. At the youth sports school, the coach may assess coordination, speed and ball work, especially when enrolling in older groups.
