Admission to Football Academies in Almaty 2026

There is no single admission deadline for football academies in Almaty: each school enrolls children on its own. Kids' clubs and private schools usually fill their groups throughout the year, while club academies and sports schools more often hold enrollments and tryouts before the season. So you can sign up a child in almost any month; the main thing is to choose the right type of school.

A short plan for parents: decide whether the child needs football for development or with an eye toward results, choose two or three schools nearby, sign up for a trial session and decide based on the child's impressions.

How to sign up a child: steps

Choose a district so the section is close to home. Contact the school by phone or on Instagram and sign up for a trial session. For the first session, bring a kit, footwear suited to the field surface and water. For registration, a birth certificate and a medical certificate are usually required; the exact list differs from school to school.

Is selection required

Kids' groups usually do not hold selection. Tryouts appear in older groups and in strong club academies, when the coach assesses technique and physical attributes. Schools announce such tryouts separately from regular enrollment. For more on choosing a section by district, read the article Football schools in Almaty: where to send your child.
