Community Guidelines

1. Be honest and accurate

• Only post information about yourself or your organisation that is true and up to date.
• Do not exaggerate, fabricate, or misrepresent career history, statistics, qualifications, or affiliations.
• Do not impersonate any other person, club, federation, or organisation.
• Clubs must be genuine, registered organisations. Posting fake club listings is prohibited.

2. Be professional

• Treat all platform members with respect, regardless of nationality, role, gender, age, or playing level.
• Keep all communications — messages, profile text, vacancy descriptions — professional and constructive.
• Do not use the platform to spread negative or defamatory content about individuals, clubs, or organisations.
• Respond to legitimate enquiries in a timely and respectful manner.

3. Respect privacy

• Do not share other users' personal contact information without their explicit consent.
• Do not collect, harvest, or store contact details of other users outside the platform.
• Respect messaging preferences — if someone declines contact, do not attempt to reach them through other means.

4. No spam or unsolicited commercial messages

• Do not send bulk or identical messages to multiple users.
• Do not use the platform to promote services, products, or opportunities that are unrelated to the football industry.
• Vacancy listings must be for genuine, current, open positions. Speculative or fictitious listings are prohibited.

5. Legitimate agent activity

• Agents must hold a valid FIFA-registered licence (or equivalent national licence) to be eligible for agent verification status.
• Do not approach minors for representation without appropriate parental or guardian consent.
• Do not misrepresent a player's availability or interest to clubs.

6. Media and content

• Only upload media (photos, videos) to which you hold the rights or have explicit permission to use.
• Do not upload content that is violent, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive.
• Highlight videos must feature genuine footage of the player or coaching session described in the profile.

7. Reporting violations

If you see content or behaviour that violates these guidelines, please use the in-platform report function or contact our moderation team at [email protected]. All reports are reviewed confidentially. We do not tolerate retaliation against users who make good-faith reports.

8. Enforcement

Conectico reserves the right to remove content, issue warnings, temporarily suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these guidelines or our Terms of Service. Enforcement decisions are made at our sole discretion and may not always be communicated in detail to protect the integrity of investigations.
